Miso Glazed Salmon & Broccolini

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 2 tbs miso
- 2 tbs mirin
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- Optional Birds Eye chilli
- Optional sesame seeds
- Optional white rice

Method
- Preheat oven to 210 degrees celsius fan-forced. If serving with rice, put on the rice cooker.
- Mix miso, mirin, soy sauce and optional 1/2 chilli in a bowl. Once combined, add salmon and coat evenly, reserving any excess mixture in the bowl for later.
- Add miso glazed salmon and broccolini to a tray and put in the over for 7 minutes. Take the tray out and add the excess glaze on top of the salmon, before putting back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with optional sesame seeds and sliced chilli as a garnish.
