Miso-Maple Glazed Salmon & Soba Noodle salad with Miso and sesame dressing

Ingredients
- 4 skin on Salmon fillets
- 1 Packet of Hakubaku Soba Noodles
- 1 packet chunky coleslaw mix
- White miso paste
- Maple syrup
- 1 cup Edamame shelled beans
- 1x bottle of kewpie Roasted sesame sauce

Method
- Put a large pot of water on and bring to rapid boil.
- Whilst waiting for water to boil, Place the 4 skin on Salmon on a baking paper lined tray.
- Mix 3 tablespoons of miso and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and Glaze the salmon on the flesh side
- Add the salmon to the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and cook for 10-12 mins or until your liking.
- Add the soba noodles to the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes then drain and add to icy cold water to rinse., then drain and add it to a salad bowl
- Add the noodles, chunky coleslaw mix and edamame beans to salad bowl.
- Mix the bottle roasted sesame dressing with 1 tablespoon of miso and a little water to thin if needed. Then add to soba noodles salad and toss.
- Lastly, once Salmon is cooked, plate it up with a serving of the soba salad and enjoy :)
