Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Miso Ramen

Ingredients
- 1 pack Hakubaku ramen
- 750 ml chicken stock
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Obento sake
- 1 tbsp Obento mirin
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- 2x soft boiled egg
- 1x chicken breast

- HAKUBAKU - ORGANIC RAMEN NOODLES
Method
- Bring the stock to the boil. Add miso, soy, sake, moirin, ginger and garlic. Simmer for 5 min.
- Add chcken breast (whole) to the broth, turn heat down to very low, cover and leave for 30min.
- bring a small pot of water to the boil.Take eggs directly from fridge, make a tiny hole with a pin or needle in the round end.Place in boiling water, cook for 6.5min
- While eggs are boiling, fill a bowl large enough to completely submerge the eggs with water and ice. When the eggs hit 6.5min, remove and submerge in ice bath. Leave for 2 min, then remove and peel eggs.
- Cook ramen per packet instructions and drain.
- While the ramen is cooking remove checkin breast and slice. Heat the broth back do a slow boil.
- add noodles to 2 bowls, top with chicken, eggs and pour over broth.Enjoy.
