Miso Tofu Bites

Ingredients
- 400g Firm Tofu
- 3 Sheets of Nori
- 1/4 cup of Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp of Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Miso
- Sprinkle of Bonito Flakes
- Sprinkle of chopped Spring Onions
- 1 tsp olive oil

Method
- Cut Tofu to bite size (3-4 cm cube)
- Cut nori into strips the same width as the tofu and wrap the tofu leaving the top and bottom exposed.
- Lightly coat the tofu with corn flour
- Lightly spray the tofu with olive oil and put into an air fryer at 180C for 10 minutes
- Mix the mayonnaise and miso into a paste and coat the top of the tofu and air fry for a further 3 minutes at 180C
- Serve hot with a sprinkle of bonito flakes and spring onions.
