Mmm Mongolian Magic

Ingredients
- 300g eye fillet steak
- 300g red onion
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 green capsicum
- 50g spring onion
- 120g packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready sauce for Mongolian Lamb
- 440g Wokka Singapore style wok-ready noodles
- 150g Sugarsnap peas

Method
- In a skillet, cook the steak for 3 minutes on each side. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a wok, add onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add sliced meat, vegetables, and the Lee Kum Kee Ready sauce to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minutes or until sauce thickens.
- Serve with noodles.
