Mongolian Beef

Ingredients
- 500g beef
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 brown onion
- 1 tin Water chestnuts
- 1 tin bamboo shoots
- 1 packet Mongolian sauce base
- Microwave rice packet

Method
- Heat some oil in the fry pan and add stirfry beef strips
- Cut up red capsicum in thick strips and thinly slice brown onion. Add to pan once beef is all cooked
- Add in tin water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Mix all together and cook for 2 minutes before adding in sauce packet.
- Mix all ingredients and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Heat rice up as per instructions before dividing between plates and serving beef on top.
