- Beef strips 500g
- Oil to taste
- Mushrooms large x 4
- Large onion
- Large Capsicum
- Large zucchini
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Soy sauce
- Mongolian land sauce
- 1 & 1/2 cups of rice

Method
- Boil rice and dice ingredients
- Heat oil in wook
- Add all ingredients except sause and cook to liking
- Add sauces
- Serve in bowl on bed of rice
