Mongolian Beef – A Fast & Fab Family Fave

Ingredients
- 500g of beef fillet
- 1 tbs of oil
- 1x broccoli chopped into florets
- 1x carrot cut into slices
- 1x red capsicum cut into slices
- 1x brown onion died
- 1 sachet of Lee Kum Kee Mongolian Lamb Sauce
- Serve with Steamed Rice

Method
- Heat oil in a wok and add diced onion. Fry up until browned and soft.
- Add beef fillet strips and fry amongst the onion until browned.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the beef and onion and stiry fry until the veges are cooked. A spoonful of water speed up the process and make the meat and vegetable broth.
- Final step is to stir in the Lee Kum Kee Mongolian Lamb sauce and mix until all meat and veges are covered. Serve with steam rice in bowls. Enjoy with chopsticks for an authentic experience.
