Mongolian Beef Stirfry

Ingredients
- Lee Kum Kee Mongolian Lamb Sauce
- 500g Lean Beef Strips
- 500g Woolworths Bright & Crunchy Stir Fry Vegetables
- Spray Olive Oil

Method
- Heat a large frying pan over a high heat. When hot, spray with some olive oil and fry off the beef strips until golden brown.
- Add stir fry vegetables and cook for 2mins,.
- Add the Lee Kum Kee Mongolian Sauce and stir through until combined.
- Once combined serve immediately on its own or with a side of rice or noodles.
