Mongolian Beef with Greens

Ingredients
- Mongolian Lamb ready sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 500gr rump steak
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 40gr cashews
- Rice to serve
- Pinch of sesame seeds for garnish

Method
- Prepare rice in the rice cooker. Prepare rump steak by removing any fat and cutting into thin strips. Cut broccoli florets.
- In a wok on high heat cook steak in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the Mongolian Lamb Lee Kum Kee ready sauce. Add the broccoli and cashews and no cook for a further 2 minutes. Let sit in the wok for 2 minutes without heat to thicken.
- Serve on a bed of rice. Drizzle sauce from the wok and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
