Mongolian Chicken

Ingredients
- 500g Chicken Breast
- 300/400g Brown Onion Sliced
- 1 Red & 1 Green Capsicum sliced
- 50g Birds Eye Chilli diced
- 50g Spring onions
- Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce - Mongolian Lamb

Method
- Heat 2TBSP oil in a frying pan. add chicken breast to preheated frying pan. Cook until browned
- Add brown onions and cook until soft
- Add capsicum, Chill & spring onions and cook till soft
- Add Lee Kum Lee Ready Sauce Mongolian Lamb and cook for 2/3 minutes until everything is well coated with no much liquid left in the pan.Optional serve with fresh rice
