Ingredients
- 500g lamb
- 2tbsp vegetable oil
- carrot, capsicum, onion, mushroom, garlic
- chillie, basil, rosemary
- 300g rice
- Lee Kum Kee Sauce Mongolian Lamb

Method
- Marinade sliced meat inthe sauce for 30 minutes
- Stir fried sliced vegetables with oil in the pan
- Add meat into the pan and mix well
- Serve with cooked rice, put chillie and herbs for garnish(optional)
