Mongolian lamb

Ingredients
- 1 and a half kilo beef stir fry
- Olive oil, red capsicum
- Mongolian lamb sauce , basmati rice

Method
- Heat up olive oil in pot and then start cooking your beef stir in batches so they don’t stick.
- Once beef is done add red capsicum and cook for one minute. Add Mongolian lamb sauce with half a cup of water and allow to simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat before turning off the heat.
- Cook basmati rice with boiling water until done.
