- Pack pre-cut stirfry vegetables
- 500g beef strips
- Jasmine rice

Method
- Fried beef until almost cooked
- Tossed in vegetables and cooked until just soft
- Added in Mongolian lamb sauce
- Stir until well combined and cooked through
- Cooked jasmine rice
- Dished up and served
