Mongolian Lamb

Ingredients
- Lamb mince 400g
- 1 onion
- 1 Capsicum
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 mushroooms
- 1 red chilli
- 1 sachet of the Mongolian sauce.

Method
- Heat up Wok.
- Add 2 teaspoon olive oil
- Add onion and cook
- Then add mince and cook
- Add mushrooms and lower the heat put the lid on wok then let it cool slowly.
- Add Mongolian sauce and stir the sauce.
- Add capsicum and stir
- Lastly add chilli.
