Mongolian lamb

Ingredients
- Lamb 500g
- 1tsp olive oil
- 3 cups frozen stir fry veges
- Mongolian lamb ready sauce
- 1 family pack of easy microwave jasmin rice

Method
- Heat pan and add olive oil. Whilst heating cut lamb into desired size.
- Cook lamb until just cooked through and then set aside.
- Cook frozen vegetables in pan.
- Once veges are cooked return lamb to pan and add Mongolian lamb sauce and stir until combined.
- Serve over rice.
