Mongolian lamb

Ingredients
- 600g Lamb fillet sliced
- 300g sliced onion
- 120g green capsicum sliced
- 120g red capsicum sliced
- 100g spring onion
- 100g bean sprouts
- Jasmine rice
- 20g sesame oil
- Lee kum Lee Mongolian lamb recipe base

Method
- In a large wok heat up sesame oil, followed by frying lamb for 6-8 minutes
- Remove lamb from wok, drain excess juices, set aside covered by foil for 5 mins. Add vegetables to wok, fry for 2 minute. Reduce heat, place lid on wok & allow vegetables to steam for another 3 minutes
- Add lamb back in to wok, add recipe base, mix through well for another 2-3 minutes
- Serve with jasmine rice or rice of choice
