Ingredients
- 500gm of lamb strips
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- One medium onion
- 400grams of stir fry vegetables
- 190 grams Continental chicken rice
- Mongolian lamb meal base
- 1 tsp of chili flakes

Method
- Fry sliced onion in olive oil
- Follow instructions on the Lee Kum Kee Mongolian Lamb ready sauce in the pan. Add stir fry vegetables
- Cook rice in accordance with the packet instructions
