Mongolian lamb noodles

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 lamb leg steaks sliced
- 100g snow peas halved
- Half brown onion
- 200g fantastic Singapore noodles
- Lee kum kee Mongolian lamb ready sauce packet

Method
- Brown lamb leg slices in (in batches if required) with half of the oil over high heat. Remove and rest
- Add remaining oil and stir fry onion until slight softened and charred
- Add lamb slices and snow peas to pan and cook for 1 minute
- As noodles to pan directly from packet (no need to cook prior) and stir fry for 2 minutes
- Add sauce and toss until sauce is heated through and noodles are cooked
