Mongolian Lamb sausages

Ingredients
- Lamb sausages
- I head brocolini
- I red capsicum
- I Zuchini
- Jasmine rice
- Crushed peanuts
- Lee Kum Kee sauce mix

Method
- Cut up the lamb sausages using chicken scissors into bite size pieces add to pan with olive oil
- Cut up all Brocolini, capsicum and Zuchini into small pieces add to pan
- Cook on medium heat stirring well
- Cook two packets of microwave jasmine rice
- Add the Lee Kum Kee Mongolian lamb mix to the sausages and veggies
- Dish rice then stirfry into bowls top with crushed peanut
