Mongolian pork noodle stirfry

Ingredients
- Chinese noodles (any of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Chopped garlic clove
- Stirfry vegetables of your choice
- Mongolian lamb ready sauce Lee Kim Kee
- Quick cook Cole's pork belly 350g
- Chili (as preferred)
- Salt
- Lemon pepper

Method
- Cook noodles according to the instructions on the packet
- Heat wok or frying pan, use olive oil and garlic until fragrant. Add in your stirfry vegetables (hint: steam vegetables like capsicum, snow peas, broccoli beforehand - reduces cooking time) with 1 qtr of the ready use sauce and cook for about 5 minutes
- Cook the pork on frying pan or bbq. For the best pork put some salt and lemon pepper with a little bit of olive oil for flavour
- Add the noodles and the rest of the ready use sauce to the pan and stir everything together
- Add some chilli if you like
- Add the pork into the dish and mix all up until combined
- Divide into serving bowls and enjoy ☺️
