Mongolian Steak

Ingredients
- 1tbspn oil
- 1 brown onion
- 1 capsicum
- 1 small head of broccoli
- 500g steak
- 2 cups of rice
- 2 sachets Lee Kum Kee Mongolian Lamb sauce

Method
- Cook steak in a really hot pan or grill to medium rare, slice thinly and put aside.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion, capsicum, broccoli for a few minutes.
- Lower heat and add 2 sachets of Lee Kum Kee Mongolian Lamb ready sauce.
- When sauce has heated through add steak
- Serve with cooked rice
