- 200g slice beef
- Broccoli, bean, white mushroom, capsicum, brown onion.

Method
- Stir fried beef and put in one small bowl.
- Stir fried garlic, then vegetables, and pour one pack of Mongolian sauce, and beef, mixing all together.
