Ingredients
- Ready Sauce for Mongolian Lamb
- Pork rashers, mixed vegetables and chilli

Method
- Chop and fry pork in bite size pieces Remove from pan
- Chop and stir fry vegetables
- Add pork back to pan with vegetables and add sauce. Serve with steamed rice
