Mum’s Sweet & Sour

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Obento rice wine vinegar
- 3 tblspn tomato sauce
- 2 tblspn light soy sauce

- OBENTO - RICE WINE VINEGAR
Method
- Mix together in saucepan over low heat
- Gentle simmer
- Thicken with a little corn flour
- Use with pan fried diced pork or chicken pieces. Add veggies of your choice and some pineapple pieces. Serve over rice.
