My Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice
- 1 can of velcrom Water Chesnuts
- 1 half Capsicum
- 1 cup of Light Soy Sauce
- Carrot (chopped fine)
- 2 rashes of Bacon

Method
- Cook rice & once done, leave in fridge overnightAdd all the ingredients in Wok under full heatStir & add Soy sauce making sure nothing burnsOnce everything is mixed take off heat & serve
