My Laksa my way

Ingredients
- Laksa sause
- Coconut cream 200ml
- Chicken broth 200ml
- Rice noodle
- Onion 25 gm
- Prawn 25 gm
- Green vegetables
- Carrot 25 gm
- Cucumber 25gm
- See weed/nori paper
- coriander 5gm
- Chilli flake to taste
- Spam 50 gm
- Crushed peanut 10gms
- Garlic

Method
- In a hot pan pour laksa sauce and simmer.
- Add chicken broth and coconut cream. Bring it to a boil. Add sliced onions.
- In a separate pot boil water and add green vegetables take then take it out.Cook the raw prawn in the water.
- Thinly slice carrot, cucumber, coriander,spam
- Add. Rice to bowl, add the laksa soup. Finally decorate by topping noodle with vegetables and meat.
- Top with crushed peanut, garlic and chilli to taste
