Nori Nitro Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked basmati rice
- 425g tin of tuna
- 6 sheets of Yaki Nori cut or torn into pieces
- 400g of your favourite fresh vegetables eg cucumber, carrots, capsi, cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado sliced
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Dressing made with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons lime juice, 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Method
- Cook rice according to packet instructions
- Arrange rice, tune, bite sized vegetables, avocado and nori into 4 bowls, sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Combine soy, juice and oil to make dressing, drizzle to taste over each bowl
- Squeeze Kewpie Mayo generously to taste over each serve
- Enjoy
