Okonomiyaki

Ingredients
- 700g Cabbage
- 6 eggs
- 200g pork belly
- 6 fresh prawns
- 200g Okonomiyaki flour
- Okonomi sauce
- Keepie mayo
- 250g water
- 3 spring onion cut finely

Method
- Precook pork belly and prawn
- Shred Cabbage
- Combone flour, water, egg, cabbage, pork belly, prawns and spring onion. Separate to 4 portions
- Heat flat pan with oil. Place portion in hot pan and cook side 5 mins. Flip. Cook for another 5 minutes
- Add okonomi sauce and keeping mayo to your liking
