Okonomiyaki – aka ‘Japanese pizza’

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/2 t pureed ginger
- Black pepper
- 140 gm finely shredded green cabbage
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 T oil

- KEWPIE - CAESAR SALAD DRESSING
- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM OYSTER SAUCE
Method
- Beat eggs then add flour & whisk together.
- Add all other ingredients (reserving some spring onion for garnish) & stir to combine.
- Heat oil in pan & spoon in quarter of the batter.
- Cook on medium for a couple of minutes until firmed up then carefully turn over with a spatula & do the same for the other side until the pancake is firm & golden on both sides.
- Do this for each pancake then plate up & garnish with your choice of Kewpie mayo, sriracha, Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce, toasted sesame seeds & spring onion.Super easy & so yummy!
