Omellete with teriyake chicken and wasabi mayo

Ingredients
- 1 thigh chicken3 eggs500 g soya sauce300g mirin150 g gingerSesame seeds and shallots to garnish.
- 200 g wasabi200 g kewpie mayo pinch salt
- Oil to cook the chicken

Method
- First soak the chicken thigh in the soya sauce,.mirin and ginger.After 15 minutes start to cook the chicken in the fryer.
- After that set aside cook the omellete eggs.
- To make the sauce mix well the wasabi and kewpie mayo. Put some sauce in the omellete and on the side of the plate.Plating. Fold the omelette eggs with sauce and on the top put the cut chicken and wasabi mayo on the side. Garnish with sesame seeds and shallots.
