One bag Bahn Mi

Ingredients
- 1 Woolworths hot roast chicken
- 1 bunch coriander, chopped
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 carrot, shredded or grated
- 2 baby hot red chilies, diced
- 2 storing onion stalks, diced
- 1/4 cup kewpie mayo
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 6 Vietnamese rolls

Method
- Open chicken bag and take chicken out.Shred the chicken and keep carcass to make chicken broth. Put the shredded chicken back in the bag. In the meantime, put your rolls under the grill to toast them up.
- Chop all your vegetables and herbs, put in bag as well.
- Add hoisin sauce and kewpie mayo, mix together in the bag.
- Place chicken mixture into the rolls. Top with more kewpie mayo. Serve.
