Onigiri Sandwich

Method

1. In a small pan, heat the olive oil. Beat the egg and fry with olive oil. Set aside.
2. Fry the sliced spam in the pan with olive oil. Set aside.
3. Fold the Obento Yaki Nori sushi sheets into four. Cut one fold 1/4 with scissors.
4. Place the rice on the second 1/4 square of sheets.
5. Place two slices of spam on the other third 1/4 square of the sheet.
6. Place the egg on the last 1/4 of the sheet and spread kewpie top of the egg.
7. Fold the sheet until it becomes a small square 1/4 size.
8. Serve
