Onion Cup Dumplings

Ingredients
- Soup dumplings
- Half small onion
- 6 tsp soy sauce
- 6 tsp crispy chilli oil
- Kewpie mayo ( measured with your heart)
- Crispy onions (measured with your heart)

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
Method
- Steam your soup dumplings (10-12 mins)
- While dumplings are steaming. Prep your onion cups. Cut half an onion vertically and seperate the layers into cups.
- Once dumplings are ready, place them in the onion cups. Add 1tsp per dumpling with soy sauce and chilli oil. Squeeze on kewpie mayo (measure with your heart) and shake on as much or as little crispy onions as you like. Enjoy!
