Oven Baked Fish with Miso Butter

Ingredients
- 4 fillets white fish fillets.( eg Hoki,Snapper.Basa)
- 100 grams Butter
- 1 Tbls Miso Paste
- 1Tbls Honey
- 1Tbls Kewpie Sesame Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbls of grated Lime zest and juice of lime.
- 1 Red Chilli finely sliced
- Orbento Pickled Ginger to serve
- Cooked Rice to serve
- 4 spring onions , blanched in hot water to soften
- 4 sheets of baking paper 40cm x 40cm

- KEWPIE - JAPANESE DRESSING SESAME SOY
- OBENTO - SLICED PICKLED GINGER
Method
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees
- Place baking papers in baking dish.
- Place 1 blanched spring onion on baking paper .(Cut in halves if too long)
- Place fish fillets on top of onion ( Cut in half if too long)
- Mix melted butter with sesame soy sauce, lime zest and juice and miso paste.
- Make parcels out of the paper . Spoon butter mixture evenly over the fish. and top with slices of red chilli. Fold paper over to cover.
- Cook in over for approx 15 minutes
- Serve with Cooked Rice and Pickled Ginger
