Ingredients
- Rice
- One big Chicken thigh
- 1/2 onion
- 2 eggs
- Obento cooking sake 1/4 cup + a dash
- Obento soy sauce (low sodium) 1/4 cup
- Sakshi 1/4 cup
- 1 Spring onion

Method
- Cube the chicken thigh, sprinkle a dash of obento cooking sake.
- Combine the Dashi, sake, and soy sauce. Add a pinch of sugar if you prefer it a bit sweeter (you can use sake or mirin, mirin will be sweeter)
- Slice the onion lengthwise, chop the spring onion,Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- In a small frying pan, saute the onion quickly, then add the chicken, and the sauce.Cook until the chicken is cooked through and the onions tender.
- Lower heat, and add the eggs. Cook until barely runny.
- Serve on rice and decorate with spring onions.
