Oyster beef and vegetables

Ingredients
- Beef strips, onion,Pak Choy chilli
- 2 cloves garlic,2 tspn ginger 2 tblspn veg oil 1/2 cup Lee kum Lee oyster sauce
- Vegetables stir fry.onion, capsicum, whole beans, carrots broccoli celery
- Vegetable oil garlic ginger Lee kum Lee teriyaki sauce chicken stock

Method
- Velvet meat in 1 teaspoon baking soda and a little water Soak 20 minutes and rinse.dry on paper towel
- Mix together chopped garlic ginger oyster sauce chilli half oil.Add meat and onion and marinated 1 hr
- Rest of oil in wok on high heat add meat mixture cook 2 minutes the add chopped Pak Choy cook further 2/3 minutes and serve with vegetables
- Prep vegetable onion 1 in sq carrot round slice cut broc small florets beans in half capsicum strips celery chopped 1 inch pieces
- 2 tspn chicken stock mid 1 1/2 warm water add 50 ml Lee kum Lee teriyaki sauce 2 cloves garlic minced, ginger
- Oil in wok stir fry vegs 2 minutes add stock cook stirring further 2/3 minutes add cornflour slurry to thicken
