Oyster Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 500g Beef Mince
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 4 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 corn cob (or tinned corn)
- Half a cup of Peas
- 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- Olive oil
- Sesame seeds to garnish

- SQUID BRAND - FISH SAUCE
Method
- Dice onion and garlic and brown in pot with Olive oil. Prepare cooked rice (or use leftover cooked rice)
- Add in beef mince and cook until brown.
- Grate 1 carrot, add into pot. Add in frozen peas.
- Slice corn off the cob and add into pan.
- In a small jug combine Oyster sauce, fish sauce, Chinese cooking wine and a pinch of salt and pepper
- Pour into pot and add in cooked rice. Stir thoroughly.
- Season, and serve with a fried egg and toasted sesame seeds.
