Oyster Sauce Egg Pancake

Ingredients
- wheat flour 125g
- 5-6 eggs
- Oil 20g
- Water 250g
- Spring onions 30g
- Sesame 1 tablespoon
- White pepper powder 0.5 teaspoons
- Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon

Method
- Mix flour & water & oil & oyster sauce & pepper & spring onions together with one egg.
- Brush a small amount of oil in the pan and pour in an appropriate amount of batter.
- When the batter starts to thicken, turn it over, add an egg, spread it on the surface of the pancake, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of sesame seeds on the surface.
- Repeat this process 4-5 times until all the batter is used up. This depends on the size of your pan, so you will end up with 4 to 5 delicious oyster sauce egg pancakes.
