Ingredients
- 300g rice
- 200g minced pork
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 12 leafs of basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tbl tspn oil (for eggs)
- 1 tbl tspn oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tspn fish sauce
- 1 tbl spn oyster sauce
- 1 tspn soy sauce
- 1/2 tspn sugar

Method
- Chop the onions and garlic. Remove the seeds from the green and red paprika and cut them into small cubes. Trep the basil into a suitable size.
- Put oil (1/2 tablespoon) in a frying pan and heat over medium heat, break the eggs, make a fried egg of your preferred firmness, and take it out.
- Put oil (1 tablespoon) and garlic in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. When it smells good, add the minced pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
- Add onions, green and red paprika and stir-fry until cooked. Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, chili pepper and basil, and stir-fry until a little water remains. Serve rice in a bowl, stir-fried ingredients, fried eggs, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
