Pad kra pao and red curry vegetable

Ingredients
- Beef minceOnionFish sauceSoy sauceSugarGarlic and gingerChilliesSunflower oil

Method
- Ground chillies in motar and pestle.Add sunflower oil in to a heated pan and then add the chillies and garlic and gingerThen once that is heated add the mince meat and let it fry for a couple of minutes and add onionsWhen you realise the meat is fried add the soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar into the pan.Remove the pan off stove whilst the sauce is still there
- Add sunflower oil into the pan which is heated. Then add the chopped onions and chopped mixed vegetables (I used frozen mixed vegetables). Once it’s heated for a minute, add the red curry paste and the fish sauce. Leave it to cook for another couple of minutes. Then add coconut milk into the pan until you realised it’s enough gravy for the vegetables. Let it cook for a while and take it off the stove
