Ingredients
- Thai rice noodles 200 g
- 200 gr chicken
- Spring onion 5
- 4 eggs
- Pad Thai stir fry paste
- Garlic 2 and 3 tbs oil
Method
- Stir fry chicken in oil, set aside
- Stir fry eggs set aside
- Combine chicken , eggs , mix in spring onions
- Soak rice noodle in hot water 20 mins drain and rinse under cold water
- Combine rice noodles with chicken , eggs , spring onions add pad Thai stir fry paste mix and top with bean sprout and nuts
