Pad Thai

Ingredients
- Valcom Pad Thai Sauce (gluten free)
- 1 package of flat rice noodle
- Meat of your choice: Prawn/chicken/beef/toufu
- 4 eggs
- Beansprout
- Chives
- Cooking oil 2 tablespoon

- VALCOM - PAD THAI PASTE
Method
- Soak rice noodle package in warm water till soft. Drain the water.
- Heat up 1 tbsp of oil and stir fry your choice of meats
- Take the meat off the fry pan. Then add 1 tablespoon of oil and stir fry your rice noodle (now softened)
- When the noodles are cooked up (medium heat, 4 mins), add Valcom Pad Thai Sauce in and mix together
- Add back your cooked meat
- Add 4 eggs and mix all your ingredients (noodles, Valcom sauce)
- Turn off the heat. Add beansprout and chives and mix all ingredients well
- Serve on a plate, can put peanut and chillies and a wedge of lemon (optional)
