Ingredients
- Valcolm Pad Thai Sauce
- 2 peanut oil, 2 eggs, 6 Garlic Cloves, 4 Spring Onion, 1 Lemon, 4 Tbs chopped peanut, 2 tsp chilli sauce, 2 cups bean sprouts, 1 packet Pad Thai Noodle.
- 200gram Chicken Thighs
Method
- Add packet of noodles to bowl of boiling water for 10 mins then rinse and set aside.Add oil to hot frying pan then add garlic and cook until fragrant.Add diced chicken and cook then add pad Thai sauce and stir through.Add noodles and stir then add fish sauce and sugar.Add chilli sauce and stir then set aside and add two eggs and combine when eggs cooked.Stir in spring onion and peanuts then remove from heat and add lemon and peanuts then serve with a wedge of lemon.
