Pad Thai

Ingredients
- Tofu
- Rice noodles
- 4 eggs
- Bean shoots
- Peanut butter
- Soy sauce
- Crushed peanuts
- Chilli flakes
- Lime

- VALCOM - PAD THAI PASTE
Method
- Fry tofu and egg until crispy. Cut into smaller strips. Set aside.
- Combine in a pan Valcom Pad Thai paste with a spoon of peanut butter and splash of soy sauce. Mix on low heat.
- Add bean shoots to sauce, increase temp and mix. Add fried eggs and tofu. Mix and cook until bean shoots are just done.
- Serve with crushed peanuts, chilli flakes and lime to taste.
