Ingredients
- pad thai noodles, pad Thai sauce, prawn, sprout, shallot or chives, sugar, fish sauce, peanut , garlic
- 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 1tbsp sugar, 200gr sprout,
- 200gr fresh prawn
Method
- Soak the rice noodles.
- Using pad Thai valcom brand
- Prepare 250g of small rice noodle as per pack instructions, drain and set aside.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry 300g prawns or chicken until just cooked.Add 1 jar of Valcom Pad Thai Paste and cook for one minute.Add rice noodle (freshly rinsed), stir through until well mixed. Push the mixture to one side of the pan, add 2 eggs, cook for 1 minute then stir through until well combined.Add 100g beansprouts and 1 cup of thinly sliced spring onions and heat through.Garnish with 1/2 cup ground roasted peanuts and serve.
