Pan fried prawns on Asian salad, Sweet chili dressing

Ingredients
- Prawns 500g
- 2tab Sweet chilli sauce
- 4 tabs fresh lime juice
- 2tsp FISH SAUCE
- Garlic
- Salad leaves of preference, cucumber, lime wedges

- SQUID BRAND - FISH SAUCE
Method
- Spray pan. Cook prawns over high heat for 2 minutes.
- Combine sauces, garlic and lime juice in small bowl. . Add to pan. Coat prawns and cook stirring for another minute.
- Serve with salad leaves, sliced cucumber and lime wedge.
