Pan seared tuna with sesame soy dipping sauce

Ingredients
- Fresh tuna steak
- 1 tbsp hi smoke point oil
- Sesame seeds, soy sauce, salt peoper
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil

Method
- Pat Tuna dry
- Lightly brush both sides with soy sauce and sesame oilCreate crust by mixing sesame seeds, salt and pepper Roll and press tuna steak into crust
- Sear for up to one minute on each side Remove from pan, let rest for 2 minutes
