Panaeng beef curry with coconut rice

Ingredients
- 400g lean beef strips
- Half a jar panaeng curry paste
- 400mls coconut cream
- Mixed veggies of your choice
- 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- Microwave Coconut rice

- SQUID BRAND - FISH SAUCE
Method
- In a pan add a teaspoon of oil and half a jar of panaeng curry paste. Cook till fragrant
- Add fish sauce and brown sugar and half of the coconut cream until sauce thickens and oil forms on top
- When sauce forms on top add rest of coconut cream along with beef and veg. Simmer for about 5 minutes till all ingredients are cooked
- Put coconut rice in microwave until cooked then serve curry on bed of rice
