- Fish sauce/sugar
- 1tbsp
- 500g beef diced
- kaffir lime leaves
- Coconut mild 400ml

- VALCOM - KAFFIR LIME LEAVES
- SQUID BRAND - FISH SAUCE
Method
- cook paste with oil for 2 minutes Add half of the coconut milk
- Put beef in and stir for 5 minutes til brown add fish sauce and sugar. plus the remaining of coconut milk
- Add lime leaves cook for 10 mins. and then ready for serving with rice.
