Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Pancit Canton Aussie style

Ingredients
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 2 T Soy Sauce
- 2 T Fish Sauce
- Egg noodles (500 g)
- 1 Carrot, sliced
- Hand full of Snow Peas
- 1 Red Capsicum
- 1 Cup Cabbage
- Diced Pork (marinated for 15 min in soy sauce)
- 3 Calamansi
- 2 T water
- Half an Onion sliced
- 5 pieces of garlic, grated or chopped finely

- SQUID BRAND - FISH SAUCE
Method
- Dice your pork (I use 2 pork chops but you can use more) and marinate for at least 15 minutes in soy sauce. Place in fridge.
- Add garlic and onion and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add veggies.
- Place noodles under warm water and separate with your hands, do not soak.
- Add veggies and 2 T of sauce. Stir Fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add noodles, stir fry 1 minute.
- Add the pork back to the pan with the rest of the sauce. Stir fry all together, mixing with wooden spoon and large metal spoon.
- Add calamansi juice throughout noodles and mix well.
- Serve with any extra calamansi you may have.
